Sessions are educational but follow an Experiential Learning, evidenced-based approach which helps participants “feel” their progress and comfort level with mental performance, as well as have fun together.

Talent Acquisition and Retention
How can you attract the best talent, and keep them there? The answer isn’t about money, PTO, pizza days and meticulously scouring applications for top GPAs and extracurricular activities. It’s an evidenced-based system to determine who can cut it at a high level consistently, build meaningful relationships with coworkers and superiors, show up every day with a work ethic and goals, and provide consistent production. These questions aren’t shots in the dark. They can be screened for, sifting out those who struggle under pressure, who won’t care about the team, or who will likely be negatively influenced by personal issues,
Once someone is part of a team, how can you cultivate an environment where everybody regardless of status, position, or salary feels valuable, competent, and connected so that they stay?
