How 1-on-1 coaching works

1

Free consultation

A short Zoom call to understand your performance world, what’s getting in the way, and whether coaching is the right fit.

2

Your personal plan

We build your own set of mental skills for before, during, and after performance — practiced deliberately, not just discussed.

3

Session packages

Coaching begins in packages of 3, 5, or 7 sessions (with the option to add more), in person or over Zoom. A confidentiality agreement is available — difficult topics are addressed openly and stay private.

Who this is for

Athletes

College, professional, and elite high school athletes dealing with pressure, slumps, confidence, injury comebacks, and the mental side of recruiting and transitions.

Actors & Musicians

Performers whose instrument is themselves — auditions, stage fright, criticism, identity tied to performance, and careers with no off-season.

Executives & First Responders

High-stakes decision makers who have to regulate, communicate, and execute when the pressure is real and other people are watching.

Therapy clients (MA & CT)

Licensed therapy for individuals in Massachusetts and Connecticut (New York pending), including through Psychology Today and Headway. Some clients begin in therapy and move into performance work — we’ll talk about what fits.

Performance coaching (nationwide, over Zoom) is an educational/performance service and is not psychotherapy. Therapy is provided only where Zack is licensed.

Between sessions

The work doesn’t stop at the session. Between meetings you’ll train with activities for before, during, and after performance that turn what we discuss into skills you can run on game day, stage night, or any day the pressure is real.
