Athletic department partnerships

A preventative mental health & performance program your whole department can actually use.

Your athletes, parents, and administration expect a program that develops the whole athlete. HPC gives your department a credentialed, structured program to prove it — led by a licensed therapist who has also coached Division I football, so your coaches hear one of their own, not an outsider.

Partnership levels

Three all-virtual tiers — the full program, delivered over Zoom to your entire department, anywhere in the country — and one in-person tier for departments that want Zack on campus. Every level is annual and department-wide.

All-Virtual Partnerships

$5,000

  • 1 department-wide workshop (virtual)

  • Consulting availability when situations come up
$15,000

In-Person Partnership

$20,000+ per year · In-Person

Everything in the virtual program, plus Zack on your campus: parent education sessions, department-wide mental health & education seminars, workshops with your fall, winter, and spring coaching staffs, and workshops directly with your athletes. Scoped individually around your calendar — HPC’s largest partnership, now in its third year at $29,000/year, is an in-person partnership at this level.

Scope an in-person partnership

Partnerships are typically structured as annual programs — 12 months from your start date, in any season. There’s no enrollment window to wait for: pick your start date and the curriculum, newsletter, and workshops roll with your calendar.

The building blocks of a partnership

Coaches’ Education Curriculum

Full access for your entire staff to the 11-module coaches’ education course — how to build mental skills into practice, spot warning signs early, and have the hard conversations with athletes.

Weekly Coaches’ Newsletter

A short, practical weekly brief for your coaches — one mental skill, one thing to watch for, one thing to try at practice this week.

Athlete & Team Workshops

Interactive workshops with your teams on preparation, focus under pressure, and honest review — delivered in person or over Zoom, 45–90 minutes.

Consulting Availability

Direct access to a licensed therapist & mental performance consultant when situations come up with individual athletes, staff, or teams — so nobody is improvising in a hard moment.

How these combine depends on your tier below — every tier is department-wide, whether you have 10 coaches or 100. Virtual partnerships are available nationwide; in-person partnerships start at the $20,000 level.

Why departments choose a licensed therapist — not just a mental coach

Mental performance work and mental health are not separate worlds for a 16-year-old under pressure. When the person running your program is licensed to recognize and respond to both, your program isn’t checking one box — it’s covered on both.

Prevention, not reaction

Build the structure in a calm semester, so it already exists on the hardest week of the year.

A checkbox parents ask about

“Who supports our kids mentally?” is a question admissions and athletics hear constantly. HPC is a specific, credentialed answer.

Coaches who can spot it first

Coaches see athletes daily. Trained coaches are your earliest warning system — and your first line of support.

Ready when you are

Partnerships start year-round. A short consultation is all it takes to pick your tier, set your start date, and get your coaches onboarded.
