For performers, coaches & athletic departments

Don’t wait for a crisis to build mentally healthy, high-performing athletes.

Holistic Performance Consulting gives individual performers a mental coach in their corner — and gives coaches and athletic departments a complete system: coaches’ education, athlete workshops, and a weekly support structure. All of it delivered by someone who has coached at the Division I level and is a licensed mental health therapist.

One partner for the two things your athletes need most

Most programs choose between performance training and mental health support. With HPC you don’t have to — Zack Etter has been a D1 football coach, is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, and is a licensed therapist. That combination is why performers and programs stay with HPC year after year.

Start whenever you’re ready

Department partnerships are typically structured as annual programs — a full 12 months from the day you start, not tied to a semester or a season. Start in the fall, start in January, start mid-year: your coaches get the curriculum and newsletter from week one, and workshops are scheduled around your calendar.
